Kinto Sushi Bar

I do love me some sushi!  Especially all you can eat! Doubly so with good friends!  Not much to say on the fact now... But here are a couple pics from our night out in Zwiebrücken!


Pre-funkin' with fresh-lime gimlets.
3 oz. Beefeater Gin
about 4 small limes, hand sqeezed
2.5 oz simple syrup
in a large martini shaker, fill with ice.
Shake to your hearts content, 
or until your hand freezes to the sides and you can't handle it anymore.  
About  5 minutes.
Pour into sugar rimmed martini glasses.
Serves two.

Perfect pairing, light, very crisp, just barely off-dry.  
Hints of floral notes and apple.

As much as I adore staying in and cooking food for everyone, I do love going out to eat!  Had a blast and ate way too much!!
